Workshop – Understanding and Living with ADHD

This workshop is for the Family, Friends and Partners of individuals with a diagnoses of ADHD or those displaying traits of the condition. This is an informative and interactive workshop which will allow you to gain a better understanding of ADHD and the behaviours exhibited with the condition and the challenges faced daily. We will look at how best to support them but also discuss self care and coping strategies that may make life a little easier.

This course is delivered by Sarah Carcillo, an exceptional and extremely experienced Counsellor, Supervisor and Tutor with an outstanding reputation. This course is experiential and interactive and will look at the mind and body and will focus on how we work with both and the different parts of a person to facilitate healing and change.

This is a workshop for those who have a family member, partner or friend with ADHD. This workshop will enable you to gain a greater understanding of the condition, how the brain is affected and the behaviours associated with ADHD. This workshop will also allow you the opportunity to share experiences and discuss strategies to support those with ADHD as well as those close to them that ADHD also affects.
January 2024 – Understanding and Managing Anxiety
This workshop looks at where anxiety comes from, how it is our friend and how it affects our mind and body. We will discuss practical ways of managing anxiety so we control it and not it controlling us.
